MOBILE LOADING SYSTEM
NITIN Mobile loader with multimill and the shifter shall be
used in line for milling and sieving. The Mobile loader
shall be used for multi applications such as for loading
powder in to RMG Blunders Compression Machines.
The unique design ensure safety provision while loading
and the arm extended to lead the material centrally.
IPC Bins shall be used for lifting while charging and
discharging the material.
The system will avoid dusting in the GMP area as well as
it minimize the spillage of powder with the of silicone
bellows.
LIFITING & POSITIONING MACHINE
This Devices used for pharma industry for transferring & charging powder/granules with main equipment such as bin blender, tablet press, capsule filling etc. All contact parts AISI 316 & non-contact parts AISI 304. Fully automatic system with hydraulic lifting arrangement for quick and easy handling & conveying. Limit switches are provided to stop the hydraulic drive when the stroke is competed.
The unit allowing for reduce manpower and better GMP.
It is dear for linear flows and allows for faster operations
with minimum dust generation and reduce change overs.
The unit totally movable type which can be placed near
the blender and can be loaded through the container
one by one.
